These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Anchor Point Sitting Services, operated by The Social Well LLC ("we," "us"). By using our site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide in-home baby sitting, pet sitting, and house sitting in Lansdowne, Virginia. The specific scope of each booking is agreed with you in advance.
Requests and quotes are not confirmed until we accept them and you receive a confirmation. Prices are as quoted. Payment is due as described in your quote or invoice. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your home, children, and pets so we can provide safe, appropriate care.
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We will tell you about any cancellation terms when you book.
You agree to provide safe access to your home, accurate care instructions, emergency contacts, and any information we need to keep your children, pets, and home safe. You confirm you are authorized to engage our services for the home and the children or pets in our care.
Our sitters are screened and background checked. While we take care seriously, you understand that sitting services involve inherent risks, and we provide our services with reasonable skill and care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
